Ziyam Associates, a leading real estate firm, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of residential and commercial properties, promoting our brand, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real estate market. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

2. Property Promotion: Showcase properties to potential buyers through property viewings, presentations, and promotional materials. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of each property to match the needs and preferences of clients.

3. Client Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and preferences. Provide personalized guidance and support throughout the buying process, from initial inquiry to property handover.

4. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

5. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms of sale, including price, payment terms, and contract conditions, to achieve optimal outcomes for both the client and the company. Facilitate the closing process and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.

6. Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing timely responses to inquiries, addressing concerns or objections effectively, and delivering a seamless buying experience.


  1.  Matric or Intermediate 
  2.  Proven track record of success in real estate sales or a similar role.
  3.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4.  Strong understanding of the local real estate market and industry regulations.
  5.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
