To contact prospective customers/architects through emails, personal call and leads.
To entertain walk in customers.
To entertain customer calls and try to mature sale call leads to new sales.
To generate business by making outbound calls on provided data.
Prospecting and scheduling meetings.
Communicate and respond to client queries both in writing and orally in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain strong client relationship.
Ensure day-to-day maintenance of records with accuracy and timeliness.
Able to work both independently and in team.
To maintain/acquire full knowledge of all products and services offered by Z’Mario such as Kitchens, Home Furniture and Tiles.
To work closely with existing customers to achieve customer satisfaction.
To coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth work flow and recovery of payments.
Maintain appointments diary and call log.
Ability to write and respond the emails independently.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
