We are seeking a highly motivated Virtual Sales Assistant with excellent cold calling and appointment-setting skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in outbound prospecting for the real estate industry and B2B sales targeting small to medium-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct high-volume cold calls to potential clients (real estate leads & B2B prospects).
Engage decision-makers, pitch services, and schedule qualified appointments for sales agents.
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in CRM (e.g HubSpot, Salesforce).
Overcome objections and handle rejections professionally.
Deliver a clear, persuasive pitch with a professional, American-accented English.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and appointment-setting targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing (preferably in real estate or B2B sales).
Fluent English with an American accent (clear pronunciation, neutral tone).
Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales tools.
Resilient, goal-oriented, and comfortable with rejection.
