1. Participate in drawing up agricultural planting planning and programs of the Company and provide technical guidance and support for agricultural planting;

2. Be responsible for the crop demonstration experience and the promotion and cooperation on the crop planting projects;

3. Be responsible for the research and analysis of local agricultural policies and the analysis of industrial development tendency and dynamic condition;

4. Be responsible for organizing and coordinating the management of seeds, economic crops, pesticides and fertilizers;

5. Be responsible for managing the crop quarantine and insect prevention and the like;

6. Be responsible for the experiment of crop planting project of the Company and fulfill the strategic requirements for the agricultural industrial planning released by the Company;

7. Organize the agricultural technology knowledge, agricultural planting skill training and guide the team to develop the crop planting and agricultural field management;

8. Organize to design test demonstration scheme, follow up implementation, validate effects and organize the collection of all crops information;

9. Draw up development planning for planting industry and organize its implementation; guide the structure and arrangement adjustment of the planting industry;

10. Be responsible for fostering local agricultural talents. Job

Requirements:

1. Male, Master degree or above in agronomy, more than five years of experience in agricultural planting, having profound professional knowledge base in agriculture, at least two years of experience in team management and proficient in the planting management technology of domestic main crops；

2. Love and know the agricultural industry well, have experience in agricultural product planting and technical management of agricultural planting industry, have experience in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture, agricultural scientific or extension institutions and have certain industry resources;

3. Know planting, high-efficiency agriculture development and such planting management technologies well and have work experience in investigation and feasibility analysis of research and development projects and its execution;

4. Have intensive study on agricultural planting and agricultural economy and know all links of industrial chain of agricultural planting well;

5. Be competent in language, literal expression, communication and coordination;

6. Upright, rigorous, strong communication ability, strong sense of responsibility, in good health, sense of teamwork, brave in innovating and dedicated.

7. Person with professional title of senior agronomist or promotion research is preferred.

8. Hard-working, strong executive capability and adapted to business trips.
