As a Technical Lead, your primary responsibility is to lead the development and technical aspects of projects involving WordPress and Magento platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality websites and e-commerce solutions. Your role includes technical expertise, problem-solving, performance optimization, security, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Possess extensive knowledge of WordPress and Magento platforms, their architecture, and functionalities.
Develop custom themes, plugins/extensions, and integrations as required.
Can develop multi-language websites
Optimize website performance by analyzing and improving factors such as page load times, caching mechanisms, database queries, and server configurations.
Implement best practices for website speed, scalability, and user experience.
Monitor and optimize server infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
Shopify is plus

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in WordPress and Magento.
Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Reactjs, MySQL, DotNet & MSSQL.
Experience with WordPress and Magento APIs, themes, plugins/extensions, and customizations.
Familiarity with e-commerce concepts, payment gateways, and shopping cart integrations.
Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication (English language is a must) and leadership abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
