As an eBay Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with eBay sellers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth for eBay. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of eBay sellers, monitoring their performance, and identifying opportunities to increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with eBay sellers, providing outstanding customer service and support.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth for eBay.
  • Monitor seller performance and provide coaching and support to ensure that sellers are meeting or exceeding their sales targets.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure that sellers have the tools and resources they need to succeed.
  • Manage and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise with sellers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices, and provide recommendations for improving eBay's seller experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the ecommerce industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with eBay sellers.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of eBay's seller platform and policies is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
