Job Description

Coordinate recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized procedure is used to hire staff.
Provide advice and assistance to supervisors on recruitment.
Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant positions.
Schedule and organize interviews.
Participate in applicant interviews.
Conduct reference checks on possible candidates.
Ensure that employee files and related documents and complete and tagged as per the instruction
Ensure support in the implementation and audit of the staffExperience with Overseas working or dealings will be plus point
