We are a growing start up adaptive apparel brand focused on improving the lives of medical patients, seniors and others who can benefit from customized functional clothing.

We are seeking a resourceful Social Media and Sales Operations Associate to serve on the front lines of brand building and awareness while also supporting day-to-day operations and longer range marketing efforts. The ideal candidate for this role is a detail-oriented self-starter who leans in to challenging tasks and is not afraid to make mistakes.

The position offers a front row into brand building and expansion, working directly with a small team and getting hands on experience across a wide variety of areas.

Responsibilities

· Refine and help with the implementation of the brands social media strategy

· Help manage the brands social media profiles and presence including ad optimization

· Partner in the preparation of content for social media and multi-channel listings

· Assist in direct sales and marketing outreach efforts

· Collaborate with photography and graphics team

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Mass Communications / Design or Related

· 2-3 years of experience in ecommerce & marketing for direct to consumer brands

· At least 2 years of experience managing social media and Google search campaigns

· Experience with Google Sheets, Dropbox, Word and Excel. Photoshop is a plus

· Strong collaboration skills

· Curious, multidisciplinary, and eager to learn.
