Write and produce presentations and press releases.
Deal with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organisations.
Constantly engage in hunting down potential publications online and off.
Design and engage in PR activities.
Work closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
Work on customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies.
Manage the production of online marketing materials, for example, e-newsletters, web articles/case studies, 'authority packs’ and video.
Manage the in-house design of marketing materials: manipulating images and logos, interpreting.
Brief design department and produce online marketing collateral.
