Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Excellent spoken and written (email) English communication.
- Assist team lead in daily tasks.
- Good knowledge of Backend technologies.
- Manage backend operations.
- Enter and update the data on a daily basis.
- Timely respond to Customer Queries
- Compile and organize customer data for reporting
- Create reports on daily.
- Work on other back-end processes depending on the business-client relationship.
- Implement new and improve existing business processes with significant attention to details Documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- CRM Solutions Experience.
- Familiarity with Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Maps
- Ability to focus on single tasks for long periods.
- Passionate & Quick Learner
- Attention to Detail
- Fluency in written and verbal English communication
