Sales / Marketing Manager

We are hiring an Experienced ''Sales / Marketing Manager (Real-Estate)'' for our real-estate business who is highly adept at devising successful real estate sales strategies, coordinating sales campaigns and executing effective marketing plans that will convert potential prospects into clients.

Job Responsibilities:

You would be responsible for overseeing the promotion of property sales on various advertising platforms as well as formulating sales propositions and project briefing
Generate sales
Maintaining relationships with real estate agent
Update knowledge sales related legal documentation and property management.
Influences, communicates, motivates and inspires team members to achieve departmental objectives.
Monitors and follow-ups on specific tasks and project deliverables.
Handle the relationship with clients and agents locally
Participates in the recruitment process for the Sales & Marketing department, determining staffing levels for the department

Requirements:

At least 4 to 5 years of experience in real estate sector
Thorough knowledge of the real estate market
Expertise with CRM systems
Experience in strategy development within Marketing & Sales for Properties & Real Estate Developments
Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Sales or Business Administration or similar.
Must be sales oriented person
