- A Creative Bakery Chef is required with an all round bakery skill set and knowledge
- Should be an expert in baking all bakery products including breads, bun, biscuits, cookies, pastries and etc
- Ensure that all bakery products meet the established specifications and standards
- Ensure proper levels of bakery and pastry items are prepared based on forecasted needs
- Responsible for complete setup, cleanliness and organization of pastry department
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen space
- Skills to manage a team
- Computer literate will be preferred

Requirement:
- Diploma/Certification in Bakery Management
- 9 to 10 years of experience in premium bakery/Hotel setup
