DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To effectively develop new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails and lead follow ups.
  • Build a rapport with customers and communicate effectively to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
  • To take initiative and confidently direct/control customer interactions.
  • Actively contribute and take responsibility for annual growth targets.
  • Make regular calls, identify customer needs/priorities and create fact based selling presentations
  • To meet communication effectiveness and productivity targets and company SLAs.
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how their needs could be met by specific products and services
  • Grow sales through professional communication with existing and potential customers
  • Build long term, productive and mutually beneficial relationships with new and existing customers
  • Maintain consistent communication and timely follow ups with customers and be available and responsive to customer needs and requirements
  • Work effectively with internal and external departments to promote sales
  • Maintain customer reports and surveys; complete sales activity reports and presentations in a timely manner
  • Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
  • Liaise with customers regarding a possible problem/issue with their order (complaints/returns), and appropriately hand over to the responsible member of the team and oversee this where necessary.
  • Provider cover for team members (inc Inbound team) during periods of absence and/or busy periods.
  • Adherence to all company guidelines and requirements

 Person Specifications – Abilities & Skills:

 Knowledge

Detailed knowledge of sales, relationship building and customer relationship management.

 Skills:

  • Good telephone manner & presence.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • Good ability to communicate clearly and concisely (written and verbal).
  • Good time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills and ability to find answers/solutions.
  • Able to learn, retain and apply knowledge acquired through training.
  • Active Listening skills.
  • Complete quality work at all times regardless of the volumes of work.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail at all times.
  • IT literate and able to use and/or learn standard and proprietary software and more specifically, proficient in use of Power point, Word, Outlook, Excel.   

Experience: Outbound sales experience.

  •  Ability to stay calm during periods of high level of pressure.
  • Ability to swiftly adapt and respond positively to change.
  • Ability to maintain a positive, “winning/can do” attitude at all times.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively manage work to meet SLAs and customer expectation.

  • Quick learner with ability to apply their knowledge (acquired through training) to different situations.

 REMUNERATIVE PACKAGE:

  • Pay 90k to 110k PKR
  • Holiday - 28 Days per Annum (Inc. UK Public Holidays) pro rata
  • 6 Months Probationary Period

 HOURS OF WORK: 12pm to 9pm (subject to change in line with UK day light saving changes)
