· Conduct monthly and bimonthly product/process/system knowledge quizzes for all Telenor projects (345, Dealer Support, FCA).
· Conduct weekly, monthly and bimonthly revamp trainings for all Telenor projects (345, Dealers Support, FCA).
· As per special instruction given by client conduct daily training of newly launched products / processes / software (Interfaces) for all Telenor projects (345, Dealers Support, FCA).
· Conducting Training Sessions and 1-1 Sessions with agents, for setting and maintaining targets/goals.
· Conduct TNA (Training Need Assessment) survey and formulate training plan accordingly.
· Design and construct training manual, which includes required training material used for Telenor Projects (345, Dealers Support, FCA).
· Coordinate with client regarding anomalous issues and update on any new instructions on daily basis.
Conducting monthly trainings for different aspects of Customer Service Skills (AHT improvement, Call handling skills etc).
