Abacus Consulting is looking for energetic and self motivated Social Media Moderator, who can work in accordance with company's values and deliver exceptional results
Responsibilities:
- Respond back to customer queries and complaints received on (FB, Twitter, Youtube, etc).
- Maintain a healthy C-SAT (customer satisfaction) score.
- Call back D-SAT (Dis-satisfied) customers and address their grievance ensuring CFL (closed feedback loop)
- Responsible to maintain Avg 95% RR (response rate)
- Responsible to maintain Avg 13mins RT (response time).
- Responsible to call back customers for verification/confirmation on assigned queries.
- Highlight wrong/mishandled responses – take the Ownership and help team achieve targets/KPIs
- Must have separate Facebook/Gmail id
- Good awareness of Brand positioning and Brand Image Management
- Keep abreast with the latest information with respect to the products, policies and procedures of the competitors for effective customer handling
- Able to work under tight deadlines and pressure situations / Able to transit positive attitude in team
Functional Skills:
- Solid oral and written communication skills to relate technical ideas/concepts
- Solid Business communication and analysis skills
- Innovate and think critical to add value
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple activities at one time
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio
