The Marketing Director will be responsible to strengthen the overall Marketing and business of the company.

NATURE AND SCOPE OF THE POSITION

Reports to: Director Marketing

Supervises: CEO

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Formulate a comprehensive marketing strategy for all components of company.
Hire the team in marketing department from all over the Pakistan or around the world.
Chair the marketing department and regularly report to CEO on monthly basis.
Plan to promote all entities under the banner of Mudassar Technologies and arrange fundraising wherever needed.
Plan to promote all entities under the banner of Mudassar Technologies and arrange fundraising wherever needed.
Evaluate the external sources of market information; identify new and better sources for future planning.
Perform any other task assigned by immediate superior.

Salary & Bonuses

All marketing positions will be purely on commission basis. But there are some attrective compensation plans for the position of Marketing Director on all sales driven by him to the company which are:

20% commission on each driven order to the company.
Additional bonus of Rs:5,000/- on each sale of Rs:1,00,000/-
Additional bonus of Rs:50,000/- on each sale of Rs:10,00,000/-
Tours and dinner plans on annual basis on successful achievement of sales targets.
