- Ensure regular dissemination of campaign messages through social media channels (Facebook,YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
- Develop innovative strategies to drive traffic to social media pages.
- Develop creative concepts for online media such as graphics, videos and emails.
- Analyze social media page performance and make appropriate adjustments to reach social media performance goals
- Compile comprehensive reports on social media performance using internal templates and professional social media reporting tools.
- Provide social media assistance to positive/neutral/negative public commentary and/or social media communication crises.
- Develop a network of influence and engagement by creating cross-interaction between like-industry clientele.
- Other duties as required.
