Ensure regular dissemination of campaign messages through social media channels (Facebook,YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
Develop innovative strategies to drive traffic to social media pages.
Develop creative concepts for online media such as graphics, videos and emails.
Analyze social media page performance and make appropriate adjustments to reach social media performance goals
Compile comprehensive reports on social media performance using internal templates and professional social media reporting tools.
Provide social media assistance to positive/neutral/negative public commentary and/or social media communication crises.
Develop a network of influence and engagement by creating cross-interaction between like-industry clientele.
Other duties as required.
