We are looking for an Accounts / Finance Executive;

Key Responsibilities include;

Preparing management report on daily, weekly and monthly basis
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
Cash Management – invoicing, collections, cash control, suppliers and 3rd party payments
Maintaining regular contact with vendors, creditors, and our procurement and store manager to resolve discrepancies in account balances. Ask for bills from vendors and record rejections and intimate the suppliers.
Responsible for the Administration of related IT and Operations
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
Assisting subordinates in matters of day-to-day activities relating to finance.
Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
Prepare tax payments, estimate and track tax returns, complete quarterly and annual tax reports, organize and update the company’s tax database, recommend tax strategies that align with business goals
Preparation of Tax Challan /Return / deposit and maintain filling and work Register
Excellent communication skills, time management skills, and workload management.
Must be a self starter
Must have good knowledge of accounting and have worked on QuickBooks or any other software before.
