The main purpose of the job is to provide backend application support to all users.
Candidate should have 3 to 4 years of hands on experience with sound knowledge of ERP and PL-SQL.
Key Accountabilities:
- Providing support for software applications.
- Co-ordinate with team supervisor in implementation of new/change requirements of applications.
- Testing of software applications.
- Coordination with vendor team in order to resolve application issues.
- Providing timely support through execution of patches.
- Maintenance of service desk.
