Responsibilities: 

  • To manage an effective development of talent pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire.
  • To counsel the employees on corporate benefits, salary and corporate environment.
  • To ensure organograms are updated.
  • To develop and maintain strong working relationships with recruitment agencies, industry professionals/ organizations and educational institutes.
  • To develop and roll out internship programs.
  • To ensure detailed reference checking on candidates are being made.
  • To ensure management of accurate and well-ordered documentation of all employees (personal files, employee records etc.).
  • To ensure all policies and procedures in the HR Manual are up to date and legally compliant.
  • To ensure preparation and compliance for internal and external audits.
  • To plan and manage day-to-day recruitment activities.
