- Implementation & support of Core Business Application for Takaful
- Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
- Developing project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed
- Developing schedules and methods for measuring results
- Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented
- Ensuring the delivery of new products or services to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget
- Conduct regular meetings with all vendors in order to ensure prompt support
- Frequent coordination with users/stakeholders to find out what they want and to advise them objectively on where IT might make a difference to the business
