- To assist in developing process flows for the Takaful Window Operations - Underwriting Department for each class of business.
- Seek advice from the Sharia advisor and sharia compliance officer for the purpose of Sharia Compliance of Takaful Operations.
- Maintain coordination with Banks and /or clients to provide support wherever required.
- Support Marketing Staff regarding the queries of the clients.
- To assist in the administration and track record of issuance of cover notes /policies (PMDs) / endorsements etc in GIS.
- To assist in the preparation of Underwriting Analysis Reports (Management Reports) time to time or whenever required.
- Communicate with Reinsurance / Re-Takaful departments and ensure that the business unwritten is backed up with sufficient treaties / arrangements.
- To provide assistance in the underwriting activities of Window Takaful Operations in accordance with the underwriting guidelines in liaison with Head of Underwriting.
