o Prepare commissions for timely disbursement to the sales force
o Ensure timely commission payment is processed and statement MIS are shared with branches
o Pro-actively provide timely and useful information to sales force to facilitate achievement of sales targets.
o Facilitation to branches pan Pakistan related to the queries raised, guide them with the solutions.
o Actively taking part in the system development in terms of Agency processes related to Commissions
o Monitoring the CoreApp+ related issues and resolving ISD errors in coordination with IT.
