Additise is expanding the team with the addition of a Business Developer / Online Bidding Expert who could get business from online freelance marketplaces.

The individual must have some hands-on experience in the field of Marketing and business development in the field of Information Technology.

Responsibilities:

Acquiring business through different channels Like:
Upwork,
Freelancer,
PeoplePerHour,
Workana,
Linked-in And other platforms for Custom Web application development in PHP ( Laravel, Codeigniter, CorePHP ), .Net (Asp.Net, C##) and MERN Stack or CMS based development in WordPress (plugins/themes development and customization), Shopify ( Development and customization), UI UX based Projects.
Writing customized proposals based on the nature of the project.
Gather client requirements, communicate the needs with the team, keep the client up to date with project progress and milestones and deliver the project to the client.
Maintain high very high rating on all freelance portals.
Maintain healthy and professional relationships with the clients.
Researching and finding new clients.

Requirements:

Must be proficient in verbal and written English.
Experience in business development from various online freelance portals and through direct marketing
Experience with handling international clients for projects.
Ensure maximum ROI and conversion.
Hardworking, punctual and can do it approach.
