• Should have full knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Maintain strong relationship with vendors and keep the price data in order to get better pricing and supplies and services
  • Asset management and inventory control
  • Arrange executive Hotel, Travelling, and Dining arrangements as needed
  • Should have experience of handling housekeeping activities and Kitchen/Mess Management
  • Looking after janitorial staff duties
  • Management and record keeping of assets & office supplies
  • Fleet & Assets management
  • Repair & Maintenance
  • Printing & Stationery
  • Security Management
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
  • Resource will be also responsible for record management of all expenses vouchers etc. as well for audit purpose
  • Any other task assigned by the department head & management
