Overall supervision of assembly & fabrication shop.

Planning of production and repair activities related to assembly shop.
Planning and implementation of maintenance schedule for all machines and equipments in the assembly shop.
Responsible for ensuring proper orientation, training and indoctrination of assembly shop employee on QHSE system elements.
Accountable for non-compliance in accordance with safe work practices in assembly shop.
Accountable for HSE related incidents/accidents in assembly shop and also be accountable for proper reporting and investigation of incidents/accidents where applicable.
Accountable for ensuring safe critical parameters on all assembly and testing activities.
Accountable for identifying, assessing and mitigation (where possible) the occupational hazards and environmental significant aspects related to assembly shop.
Accountable for arranging, maintaining and utilizing (as and when deemed necessary) the emergency preparedness arrangements and response protocol in assembly shop.
Accountable for ensuring compliance with safe work practices during any testing activity being carried out by sub-contractors.
Carry out risk assessment related to shop and preparing contingency plan for it.
Control of non-confirming product related to assembly shop.
Maintaining assembly & paint shop inventory & their record.
