Front Desk Officer / Receptionist is required for ACS Synergy Lahore office.
Candidates should have adequate relevant experience and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Direct visitors and telephone calls to relevant employees and departments.
- Effectively manage the Front Desk including the management of all incoming telephone calls.
- Provide secretarial assistance to senior management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn and remain calm and focused under pressure.
- Excellent analytical skills
