We are hiring a female receptionist with the following Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence
Support basic HR and administrative tasks as required
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
Female candidate, well-groomed and with a pleasant personality
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (BA/B.Com or equivalent preferred)
1–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English and Urdu (spoken and written)
Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented
