Qualification: BBA/MBA in HR
Experience: Minimum 2 Year experience in relevant field
Responsibilities:
- Update and manage employee records
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
- Monitor HR department’s budget
