5+ years experience in manufacturing operations
2+ years experience in a supervisory capacity
Bachelor’s degree required
Excellent project management skills
Good Communication skills, both spoken and written
Proven track record of successfully training employees in productivity and safety
Oversee a workforce of 60 to 80 employees in the factory and ability to coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well as as a group
Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
