- Develops and expands a portfolio of corporate clients by networking
- Assesses client IT needs and makes recommendations, including IT software and service packages
- Prepares sales visits and presentations to pitch product, service, and combination packages to clients
- Demonstrates IT software to highlight product benefits
- Negotiates sales, package discounts, and long-term contracts with clients
- Establishes sales goals and implements a plan to meet those goals
- Tracks progress toward goals and document sales performance
- Becomes fluent in all products and services offered by the company
- Answers questions, describes benefits, and discusses pros and cons of various competing products or services
- Gains familiarity with the IT industry, and stays updated on trends and innovative products
- Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client
- Determining a client's business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable
Qualifications
- MBA from a reputable HEC recognized University
- 1-3 years of IT sales experience
- Good understanding of CRM & Helpdesk Management Systems
- Knowledge of Datacenter, Backup, Antivirus & Virtualization Solutions
- Must be very good in email & document writing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- English proficiency level 80% +
