§Screening candidates through telephonic interview. §Schedule candidates for the interview by aligning with departments §Prepare Joining forms and Orientation Kit for new coming employees . §Ensure timely updating of records in Personal file for all the changes occurring during employee life cycle. §Maintain efficient filling system with quick & easy retrieval of documents. §Co-ordinate & arrange logistics for employee events like sports day, employee function etc. §Assist in updating the job descriptions & organograms of all divisions on need basis. §Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting institutes, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites §Maintain CV Data Bank. §Maintain Human Resource Data Base of candidates ( Shortlisted/Hold/ Rejected) §Job posting on social media platforms.
