Looking for HR Executive (prefer Gaming Studio) to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

1.Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

2.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

3.Manage the recruitment and selection process

4.Nurture a positive working environment

5.Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

6.Maintain pay plan and benefits program.Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

7.Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

8.Proven working experience as HR executive

9.People oriented and results driven

10.Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

11.Must have knowledge of policy making and HR best practices.

Degree in Human Resources or related field
