Responsibilities
- Their work includes:
- Devise pragmatic strategies for the marketing team which are digital in nature , suitable for advertisement, easy to communicate and creative in outlook
- Plan, Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the marketing department
- Set, monitor and report on team goals
- Design branding and positioning strategies
- Ensure short, strong and effective brand message which are consistent across all channels and reflect marketing efforts (e.g. events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Must identify opportunities to reach new market segments
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
- Report on regular basis specially on weekly, monthly, Quarterly and Annual basis
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
- Manage the entire marketing activities for the company(s) and within the marketing department.
- Strictly abide by the rules and policies of the organization
- Arrange business for the company to generate source of self-sustenance.
Qualification and Skills
- Requirements include:
- Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Analytical and creative thinking
- Demonstrated experience in the relevant field
- Motivated with a results-driven approach
- Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles
- Confident, creative and dynamic leader
- Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
- Up-to-date current and online marketing knowledge,
