¨ Monitoring & organizing activities of workshop including supervision of technicians

¨ Daily reporting to workshop manager day to day activities.

¨ Preparing and scheduling preventive and periodic maintenance plan.

¨ Preparation of job cards, inspection checklists, handing over reports, daily breakdown summary, monthly breakdown summary.

¨ Maintaining maximum availability of vehicles and machineries.

¨ Allocating work to the technicians and preparing their appraisal

¨ Monitoring of repairs and maintenance to ensure completion is done in timely manner.

¨ Carrying out troubleshooting of vehicle & equipment and raising spare parts request.
