Updating product catalogue sheet - MARKETING PLAN
Managing photography once a month
Getting artworks edited and managing them for uploading through CAD department
Uploading data from MARKETING PLAN once updated to the website
Managing all SEO tags, website photos, links, product attributes, associated products, catalogues, categories and sub categories and keeping the inventory up to date
Managing entire static content on the website up to date - including store locators, about us and contact us pages
Managing the online store on ERP and keeping the inventory on both website and on ERP updated
Processing and acting as the CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP OFFICER (CRO)
Hence managing all orders through whatsapp, Facebook inbox, Instagram post, Email
Management of orders involves
Calling customers to ensure order confirmation
Updating a customer database with all information regarding telephone, email and address
Taking out the order from warehouse
Organizing to package it for delivery
Liaising with courier/rider to ensure delivery to Customer
Updating TCS sheet once delivery is concluded and reconciling it on daily-weekly basis
Submit all cash received to accounts with bill for onward reconciliation with ERP
Management of TCS reconciliation once a month for onward credit from TCS in accounts
