About the role:

This will be a full-time role based in Lahore, Pakistan.

We are looking for a highly experienced candidate to become our B2B Partnership and Tendering Manager for both Al Zayed Shades and its new humanitarian subsidiary, AZ Relief.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in building and growing our prestigious client base, which includes international governments, corporations and institutions such as the United Nations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the preparation and submission of tender documents including responses to RFPs, RFQs and RFIs, in accordance with client instructions and company policy
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers and clients’ technical and design teams
  • Coordinate and respond to customers’ bid clarification requests and queries
  • Coordinate with fellow colleagues to prepare product samples, prepare designs and ensure the client procurement departments receive all required information
  • Acquire and develop sales opportunities across all Al Zayed industries through a combination of channels, including referrals, networking, cold calls, and face-to-face meetings
  • Build lasting relationships with existing and potential clients to increase revenues, track market trends, gather intelligence and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Source and convert new leads into active client accounts
  • Become an expert in and ambassador for all Al Zayed products and specifications; promote new products and promotions to clients

Requirements

  • Full professional fluency in English
  • University degree or equivalent – preferably in subjects such as Management or Engineering
  • At least 5 years of work experience in a sales environment
  • A strong track record of reaching and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience using leading CRM platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Numerical proficiency
  • Superior networking, relationship management administration skills

Office Timings:

From 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday (Friday is off)
