- Implement the established Risk Management framework throughout the Company
- Lead the Risk Management function
- Assist the Board through the Risk Management Committee in effective supervision of Risk Management throughout the Company
- A central coordinator at Company level, managing and coordinating all activities related to risk management
- Responsible for the identification of all material risks faced by the Company
- Monitor all Risk Management related activities for all departments, products, and support functions
- Assist the risk owners in developing the mitigation/controls for risks faced by them
- Analyse and identify the training needs concerning effective Risk Management
- Seek periodic assessment of the effectiveness of management of risks and efforts in the company
- Developing a mechanism for establishing and updating risk tolerances
- Monitor consolidated risk levels at the entity level, and ensure risk mitigation where required
- Communicate the status of significant risk management issues to the Risk Management Committee
