Kitchen Store Keeper

A well reputed NGO working to provide free meals require Kitchen Store Keeper for its central kitchen. It has Free Dastarkhans at different locations around Lahore and Rawalpindi. His reponsibilities include;

Ensure safety stock of all items at all times based on daily requirements.
Ensure availibility of all items that are to be used in cooking for next two days.
Ensure timely despatch of cooked food from the kitchen to their repective locations.
Raise purchase requisitions on weekly basis according to the requirement for the coming week.
Maintain daily stock register.
Maintain cost cards for the food cooked. along with calculation of food cost for each location.
Ensure timely payment to all vendors.
Raise Good Received Note everytime items are received in kitchen.
Co-operate in the weekly audit of the inventory.
Ensure goods received are according to purchase order.
Ensure quality of food cooked and raw material received.
