• Market/Clients visits and surveys throughout the Pakistan 
  • To penetrate into the new markets/industries 
  • Manage existing customers throughout the Pakistan
  • Coaching and managing sales team
  • Setting and meeting targets
  • Understand the market in which the company operates and how the company’s products and services are used within that market
  • Analyze all requirements of individual market areas and recommend strategies to increase revenue.
  • Identify and address unique customer requirements with business units and internal sales support functions.
  • Utilize knowledge of competitive strategies and processes to develop a unique value proposition and position Far Eastern as the vendor of choice.
  • Coordinate Lab for specialty customization (of ingredients, like flavors, colors) and briefing of concept/ customer’s requirement.
  • Work as bridge between client’s R&D team and company R&D team for new developments or troubleshooting of existing.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends & market activities
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Follow the Sales policy and compete the targets according to policy
  • To recover all credit payments within deadline
