HR Executive

AllZone Tech. is looking for an HR executive (Experience 2-3 years ) for it’s Johar Town Lahore office. This position comes with market competitive salary along with other benefits. Following are the major requirements:

Candidate should be proficient in communication and must be able to develop and implement HR initiatives and systems.
Should have 2-3 years of hands on experience in a software house.
Should be able to develop training and development programs and to help in performance management processes.
Ideal candidate should be able to work on policy making and implementation.
Must have hands on experience in handling employee records as per policies and legal requirements.
Should have hands on experience in HR functions (Payroll, benefits etc).
Proficient in MS office and preferred to have experience in HRMS.
Should possess at least bachelor degree in relevant field.
