- Strategic planning & VAVE understanding.
- Knowledge and understanding of tools design software and its execution
- Complete understanding of JIS and other standards.
- Knowledge of Injection molding machines, stamping presses, welding (TIG and MIG), CNC machines, wire cut and EDM machines.
- Complete knowledge of ferrous and non- ferrous materials, plastic raw materials.
- Complete knowledge of surface treatment like, Zinc plating, anodizing, annealing, induction hardening, powder coating and their compliances.
- Awareness of tools and machines preventive maintenance.
- Responsibility for assembling the project staff; for their technical or functional development, performance during the projects.
- Lead planning and/or implementation of projects. Should participate in the design and testing phases.
- Manage project budget and resource allocation.
- Facilitate the definition of service levels and customer requirements.
