Develop and execute marketing communication strategy
Develop brand manual and its implementation across the board
Identifying appropriate social media channels and managing media presence & relations
Managing content and other forms of communication for internal and external stakeholders
Conduct consumer and market research to identify target markets and consumer behaviors and analyze the perception of products and services offered by the Group
Oversee and review operational budgets for marketing and fundraising sections
Develop and maintain departmental systems and processes to deliver services to the stakeholders
Understand business objectives and develop and design surveys to discover potential business sectors preferences
