The role involves the following tasks:
- Handling the production shop
- Resolving technical issues within the production shop
- Dealing with production labour & fulfill it where required
- Ensure maintenance of the machinery
- Ensure production targets are achieved
- Ensure quality parameters
- Identify requirements for increasing capacity and improving process control
Experience in autoparts factory would be preferred
