Responsibilities & Skills:

The incumbent will be performing a HR Generalist role with primary duties focusing on the below areas:

Manage Time & attendance of all employees including machine calibration and user queries
Validate leave & absences data and consolidate the same for analysis.
Assist in payroll activities
Manage & maintain all employee personal files & their contents.
Assist in various HR related projects or engagement activities.
Provide supportive role to other HR functions from time to time.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills
Employee Relations
Problem Solving
Be able to keep him/herself well organized
Manage and maintain the office filing system
Must have customer service approach
