Analyst, Usage Enablement

Join the Usage Enablement team as an Associate and contribute to delivering insightful usage reporting that supports both product and sales teams. In this role, you will create reports and analytics, manage ad-hoc requests, and address usage-related inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Working with large data sets and tight deadlines, you will have ample opportunities to develop your skills and make a direct impact on global commercial and product organizations by solving critical business challenges.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist sales teams by creating and providing access to usage data reports.
- Innovate and enhance existing reporting processes to improve usage enablement.
- Present data and reports effectively using visualization techniques.
- Extract and analyze data from multiple sources, including Excel and Salesforce.com.
- Identify and resolve gaps or errors in reporting to improve data quality.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerBI.
- Background in reporting, analytics, and/or client support roles.
- Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated excellent work ethic and self-motivation.
- Willingness to work a mid-shift schedule (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM Philippine time).
