Sales Executive

We currently looking to recruit an experienced and Aircraft Parts Sales Representative who will be responsible for selling & purchase Aircraft Spare Parts and Accessories. Specifically, your key responsibilities are as follows:

Managing and achieving Aircraft Parts sales target according to plan & Developing Parts sales volumes in his designated area.
Receive customer inquiries.
Assist the customers in selecting required Parts or Accessories in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
Ensure that the quotations, sales orders and application of customer discounts or special prices are performed as per the standard operating procedures.
Follow-up on Parts back-orders so that customers receive timely information on the status of back-ordered Parts and ensure that such parts are delivered to the customer on the promised date. Warehouse Management & Operations.
Ensure customer complaint/s are addressed within the minimal time and customers are given the value for their spending.
