We require an experienced Rails developer, who will lead active development and maintain the current product in a highly Agile Environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work on New Features of the product that just went live in beta stage
- Maintain code quality and coding standards according to the development norms in the company
- Lead and train team members
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code
- Follow best practices (continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring and code standards)
