This full-time on-site role requires the candidate to provide legal support in various areas of the business. The candidate will also work closely with other members of the legal team and report to the Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Legal Research.
- Reviewing contracts.
- Drafting legal documents including opinions, policies, petitions, applications etc.
- Filing and appearing before courts.
- Document acquisition
Additionally, he candidate shall be responsible for assisting the partners with the day-today tasks.
Salary: Market Competitive
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors of Law. LLM or Bar-at-Law shall be preferred.
- Enrollment as an Advocate of the Sub-ordinate courts. High Court License holders will be preferred.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a law firm.
Requirements for the Position:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members and clients
- Experience in contract law, commercial disputes, and corporate law preferred
- Knowledge of legal regulations and compliance guidelines
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Fluency in English and Urdu required.
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus
